I want to be free. Actually I don't know whether I want to be free from something or to be free to do something but that is a side issue. I want to be free. Am I free to be in love? How contradictory the whole question is! For love one needs two people and thus if i love I am tied to another person and responsible to her desires I want to be free. Aristotle in his time said that God cannot reflect upon anything but himself for if God reflected upon for example a square he would be be dependent on its existence. I want an explanation. If we now after this think about freedom we will find that we cannot ever know in fact what real freedom is — thus I want apparent freedom.
