Early Winter 🍁

　 “Hill” Going through the bare rice fields, through the park by the river, passing through the large concrete torii gate, on the outskirts of town, a gentle uphill slope slowly climbing with a walking stick, breathing out and trying not to fall, walking along the forest road for about 30 minutes, a small observation deck on a small open hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean and a town that looks like a crescent moon between the still green mountains It's been eight years since I moved to this town yellow and orange spots here and there in the mountains despite the cold temperature, there's still not much autumn leaves it's okay to take it slow, it's okay to take it slow, if you've come this far, there's no need to rush “ 丘 ” 裸になった田圃を抜けて 川の畔の公園を通って 大きなコンクリートの 鳥居をくぐれば 町の外れに なだらかな登り坂 杖をつきながら ゆっくりと リハビリがてら上がっていく 息を切らして 転ばぬように 30 分ほどの林道を進めば 小さく開けた丘に これまた小さな展望台 見渡せるのは太平洋と まだ緑の山々の間に 三日月のように見える町 この町に越して八年目 山の中のところどころに 黄色やオレンジの部分 寒い体感温度のわりに まだまだ少ない紅葉たち ゆっくりでいい ゆっくりでいいんだよ ここまできたなら もうそんなに急ぐことも無いのさ
